The Senior Project Manager / Team Leader will manage planning, design and construction related projects in the Washington- Baltimore Metropolitan Area including water distribution, wastewater collection systems, pumping station and water/wastewater treatment plant design. Duties include client interaction, regulatory interface, equipment vendor interface, report writing, cost estimating, hydraulic analysis, process layout/design, proposal preparation including scope definition and fee estimates, leading design support staff and overall project management including budget and schedule tracking.
